POLICIES
To ensure a seamless and organized wedding day experience, the following policies apply to all bookings.
1. Booking & Reservation

To reserve your wedding date, a signed service agreement and non-refundable retainer are required. Your date is not secured until both are recieved.

Payment is due the day of the wedding. For a more streamlined experience, prepayment is recommended and accepted up until a week before the wedding.

2. Bridal Preview
​
Bridal previews are scheduled by appointment and take place prior the wedding date.
​
No shows and cancellations less than 24hrs prior to preview will owe 100% of the remaining balance as a cancellation fee.

Preview fees are non-refundable and are applied toward service time only.
​
3. Wedding Day Schedule
​
A personalized wedding morning beauty schedule is created for all bridal bookings. This ensures smooth pacing and allows adequate time for each service.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate start times and service counts. Changes made within two weeks of the wedding date may affect availability or timing.
​
4. Late Fees​
The client understands and agrees that they are responsible for any late fees incurred on the day of the wedding, which are to be charged at a rate of $10 for every 5 minutes of delay.

5. Travel & On-site Services​
​
On-site services are provided at the wedding location or getting-ready venue
​
Travel fees are estimated at the time of the quote and are subject to change based on artist availability at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations & Changes​
​
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
​
• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the wedding date will result in a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer fee.
• Cancellations made 30–89 days before the wedding date will be obligated to pay 50% of the remaining balance.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will be obligated to pay 100% of the remaining balance.
3. Rescheduling Policy
• We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, rescheduling within 30 days of the wedding date may incur an additional fee, depending on availability.

*Cancellations include full cancellations or reductions in the number of services agreed upon in the signed contract.
7. Early Start Fees​
​
There is a $50 early morning fee per artist for services starting before 8a and a $25 charge for every additional hour following.
-
$50 per artist -> start time 7:00-7:59 AM
-
$75 per artist -> start time 6:00-6:59 AM
-
$100 per artist -> start time 5:00-5:59 AM
8. Minimums ​
​
A minimum of 4 services on weekends and 3 services on weekdays is required to reserve your wedding date.
Bookings that fall below the minimum will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance on services below the minimum regardless of advanced notice.
9. Final Note​
